Team members have been very helpful and eager to teach and mentor. This has helped me to understand my responsibilities and become a more effective team member.

Overall, the first week of training and instruction was very well organized and helpful. The team did a great job explaining everything and making me feel supported. Other than that, the experience was very positive, and I truly appreciated the patience and guidance from everyone.

My team has been the best resource to help train me and help me know what to do and how to do it correctly according to OSHA and E2 standards. My leads and supervisor have especially been amazing in this regard.

E2 is hands-down the best communication company I have ever worked for. I always like there’s help and support.

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest and most communicative processes I have experienced in the industry!

Everything was helpful. I’ll get lost easily at times. During the training I was rarely lost and more than encouraged to ask questions if I had any. Super thorough from interview all the way up to my first day on site and beyond!

What worked best for me in training is the hands-on experience combined with a knowledge person showing me the best way to do things while explaining why we do it that way.

Everything has been professional and related to accomplishing my job. I’m still getting settled and completing training which will be an ongoing process, however the commitment to quality and training is very clear.

The part of training I found most helpful was the hands-on training I got at the worksite. Everyone is very understanding of me not knowing something and always takes a moment to teach me the right way.
